I have been uniformly dissatisfied with every product I have ever gotten from them. It is all DIY, so you literally spend hours if you're lucky, but most likely days, weeks, or even months trying to get their things to work.
I have had to return virtually everything I purchased from them. At best the items are glitchy, and at worse they just don't work. And don't hold your breath to get tech support by phone. Everything is done by email, and you have to wait days for a response.
The only saving grace is the 2 or 3 times I actually got a live human being on the phone they were very nice and tried hard to help.
Please, whatever you do, DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE! You will kick yourself.

I purchased a Cam2 4pak in June 2022, the power unit on one of the cameras has failed. I spoke to a service rep about 3 weeks ago.
He said he would send me a replacement, but I received 2 power cables instead. So I need this corrected!!
Preferred solution: Replacement Cam2 power supply unit. The part that plugs into a 120 receptacle!

Bad Sim card.
Sent new sim no complaints. All is good.
Rebooted the ioata and it reconnected to the cellular network. Frank was excellent.

Status is still unknown. Need a part that was paid for through PayPal but Abode cant tell if or when it will ship. Not happy about the poor communication from Abode

It's not a problem. I signed up for a trail of the above.
Unfortunately at the time when I should have advised if I was going to continue with the program, my son took his own life, and I was going through an horrendous time emotionally. I completely forgot to cancel. I have read if I was to cancel now it's still going to cost me dollars. Currently, your deducting $21.99 every month from my bank account, and I'm not using the program.
In the past if I tried a trail program with other Companies and haven't notified whether I wish to continue or not they simply lock the program and you can't use it.
I think it's ludicrous to be charged for your program simply due to forgetting to advise if I wished to continue or not.
I honestly feel that under the heartbreaking circumstance I didn't advise I believe you should cancel my Adobe Acrobat DC without expecting me to pay a fee. I refuse to contact by phone as I live in Australia and it would cost me "an arm and leg to phone"

Resolved: Maybe
While abode security may have many good features
Customer services is not one of them
First I was rescheduled 5 times before abode could be connected After the 4th cancellation I requested refund and shipping label (this was the 30 day
I was given a ticket number and new appointment
I was assured that I could still return the day of the install
I requested that day, to return 2 cameras Now even though I had been approved prior
it took over 10 days of phone calls and email to get the return label
The item was returned/received back the 6th of this month
Now they do not know how to do a refund
I keep getting emails that they are escalating this issue and again sorry for any inconvenience
Still no date of when refund will be issued
So I called this evening

As discussed on call, the case is escalated to our concerned team and it will be resolve at the earliest.
